Thank you for considering Queen of Apostles School for your child’s education. An application for enrolment form must be completed, as fully as possible, for every child enrolled.
Application forms must be accompanied by copies of the following:
Baptism Certificate (if Catholic)
Immunisation Record from the Australian Immunisation Register
Visa (if applicable)
Please note: If BOTH parents were born outside Australia, please include copies of visas, Australian Citizenship certificates or Australian passports
An Application Fee of $25.00 is payable when submitting an application.
An Enrolment Deposit of $300.00 is payable when accepting a position offered and confirms your child’s class placement. This deposit is non-refundable, however is credited to the first school fee account after commencement at Queen of Apostles School.
Once the application has been received with all supporting documentation, you will be contacted to arrange an enrolment interview with our Principal, Mr Mark Ryan. During your interview, you will be accompanied on a tour of the school facilities.
Queen of Apostles offers a Pre-Kindy program on Tuesdays and Thursdays during school terms. Children are eligible to attend Pre-Kindy once they have turned 3 years of age.
If applying for a Pre-Kindy position, a separate enrolment form will also be required for a Kindy placement (4 year old). Once a child is enrolled in Kindy they will continue through to Year 6 and no further application is required. We encourage parents to complete both forms when enrolling in the Pre-Kindy program, so that an interview for both Pre-Kindy AND Kindy can be undertaken at the same time and parents can be assured that their child has a Kindy position confirmed.
The Enrolment Deposit for Pre-Kindy is $100.00, payable on acceptance of the position.
